Kosher Wines
The only producer of internationally certified Kosher wines in Uruguay
What is a Kosher Wine?
A kosher wine complies with Jewish dietary laws (kashrut), supervised at every stage by certified rabbinical authorities. From vineyard to bottling, every step follows strict protocols that guarantee the product's purity and authenticity.
At Viña Edén, kosher certification maintains our quality standards intact. Our kosher wines are crafted with the same unique terroir grapes, the same artisanal winemaking and the same pursuit of elegance that defines our entire production.

An Unmatched Proposition
Viña Edén is the only winery in Uruguay producing kosher wines, combining the ancient tradition of kashrut with the privileged terroir of Maldonado. Granitic soils, Atlantic breeze and minimal-intervention viticulture create kosher wines with the same personality and complexity as our conventional labels.
Non-Mevushal Kosher Wines
Our kosher wines are Non-Mevushal, meaning they have not been pasteurized or boiled. This preserves all the aromatic complexity, structure and terroir expression. A Non-Mevushal wine maintains the highest oenological quality, as it does not undergo the thermal process that alters the organoleptic characteristics of the wine.
