Under the supervision of BDK Brasil, adhering to the strict rules regarding the production of "non-mevushal" Kosher wine.
The alcoholic fermentation was carried out over 20 days at a controlled temperature ranging from 14 to 16ºC.
Cold stabilization was performed in stainless steel tanks.
