This natural sparkling wine is composed of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir, using only the cuvée juice. This wine is in its purest form, without disgorgement, with suspended yeast, adding a new dimension to the palate, intensifying the aromatic and taste complexity of the sparkling wine.
