Shipping
We ship across Uruguay with the utmost care so your wines arrive in perfect condition. Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days in Montevideo and up to 7 business days for the rest of the country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Quality guarantee
We guarantee the quality of every bottle that leaves our winery. If your order arrives damaged or there is any error, we resolve it immediately — contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Law 17.250 (Consumer Protection), you have 5 business days from receiving your order to request a return, without needing to state a reason. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. To exercise this right, write to us at info@vinaeden.com or via WhatsApp.
