Six-Course Tasting Menu with the Winemaker

An exclusive experience held in the private tasting room on the upper floor of our winery, with stunning views, hosted by our Winemaker. A 4-course menu — country breads and antipasti, starter, main course, and dessert — paired with seven tasting pours of estate wines: Méthode Champenoise White and Rosé + Chardonnay + Marselan from Concrete + Tannat from Concrete (straight from the tank) + Cerro Negro Gran Reserva + Tannat Reserva + Marselan Liqueur + mineral water + coffee. Includes a guided tour of our winery, where our guide will share the story of Viña Edén, our winemaking philosophy, and the methods we use to craft wines with a distinctive character.
